At Settlers Bakery, we take pride in producing traditional fruit cakes and puddings using recipes perfected over more than 50 years.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our food products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

We will review your concern and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Order Cancellations

As our products are prepared to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once preparation or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
